1. Is the colour displayed exactly the same as I will receive?
There are 2 factors to take into consideration:
  • Leather products have a unique look due to the dyeing process during manufacturing
  • Monitor settings of each computer/tablet/mobile is different
Because of these 2 factors there might be a slight variation in colour. 
2. Is the item displayed exactly the same as I will receive?
Yes, you will receive the same item as displayed. However, each and every leather product is unique and thus different. Leather products sometimes have scratches or scars, which are natural characteristics of the leather hide and not a manufacturing error.
Please also note that sometimes leather products can have dye/glue stains on the leather or on the photo windows, this is because there are a lot of handmade processes involved in manufacturing the product. This doesn't affect the quality of the leather or the product use in any way.
1. Where do you ship your orders from?
We fulfil everything ourselves from Birmingham, United Kingdom. We take great pride in fulfilling each and every order with the greatest care.
2. How long does it take to ship my order?
All orders are shipped within 24 hours (weekends and bank holidays excluded), however we strive to dispatch your order on the same working day if possible.
3. How long does it take to receive my order?
This depends on the location of the customer:
UK: 1 to 3 working days
Rest of the world: 10 to 14 working days

You have the option of choosing an express delivery service which will be delivered faster.
4. Does my order have a tracking number?
Standard delivery services don’t provide tracking numbers, however express delivery services do.
5. I forgot to order something with my 1st order. Can I order for it to be sent with the same package?
If the first order hasn’t been processed, then we can send it all together. However, if your order already has been processed, then unfortunately we will have to send it separately.
6. I didn’t receive my order. What now?
For UK: Please wait up to 7 working days
For rest of the world: Please wait up to 25 working days

If after waiting the respective timeframe your order still hasn’t arrived, then please get in touch with us and we will sort it out for you.

Yes, we have a 30 day returns policy in place with no questions asked.

Please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
3. My item is defective or faulty upon arrival. What now?
Each item that is sent out, is checked carefully for any faults or damages to make sure no faulty or damaged item is sent out to you. However, if you do receive a faulty or damaged item, we will replace the item or give you a full refund.
4. Can I exchange my item?
Yes, you can exchange items if you’d like. Please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to exchange items.
